Registration for Spring 2012 Season

The following forms and information will need to be completed for registration:

1. Registration check made out to Red Land Lacrosse for the following:

Youth Girl's Program - $100 registration plus $25 for US Lacrosse membership for total of $125.

High School Girls - $125 registration plus $35 for US Lacrosse membership for total of $160.

Boys U9, U11, Boys U13, Boys U15 - $125 registration plus $25 for US Lacrosse membership for total of $150.

Boys High School Team - $160 registration plus $35 for US Lacrosse membership for total of $195. (*****REGISTRATION IS CLOSED FOR 2012*****)

2. Copy of player's birth certificate for new players.
3. Completed Red Land Lacrosse Registration Form.
4. Completed Additional Contact Information Form.
5. Volunteer Form
