Equipment

All players will be required to have the following lacrosse equipment to play:

Helmet - if you have a black helmet you may use it. Please buy a Navy colored helmet if buying new.
Shoulder pads
Arm pads
Gloves
Cleats

Rib pads and protective cups are highly recommended.
